Q. Why is skin plumping essential?

A. Plump skin indicates hydration and elasticity, reflecting health and youthfulness. It reduces the appearance of fine lines and ensures a firm, radiant complexion.

Q. Can I use the Restorative Sea Culture Toner on dry skin?

A. Absolutely. The intense water-drenching properties of this toner make it ideal for hydrating and replenishing dry skin, making it feel soft and supple.

Seems okay

Not a big user of toners. Got this in a box of items. It seems okay, but toners aren't for me

Incredible at hydrating dry skin

LOVE LOVE LOVE this stuff. It hydrates better than almost any other product I use during the dry winter months. I'm so happy it's finally back in stock!

Refreshing Toner

The toner feels so refreshing on my face. I wait a few minutes for it to dry before applying face lotion, and coffee bean eye cream. My skin is very soft after 2 weeks of use, and I have noticed a small improvement in my under eye circles. I don’t care for the smell, it’s smells a little medicinal to me, but that quickly dissipates. If it smelled nicer, (to my nose), I would rate it 5 stars.
